What does [command clarification break] actually do, and when should I use it?

This is for the list of bracketed sub-commands triggered by a command, mainly for use in Before and Check rules.

>North
(first opening the door)
(first getting out of bed)
.
Hallway
You are in...

and so on.

Each of those has a [command clarification break] at the end of it. The last in the sequence becomes a full paragraph break if a new room description is printed after it; otherwise it, like the others always do, remains a mere line break.
