Is there a limit to the length of a script in Quest?

I mean a single script like entering a room, timer, command, etc.

No, there is no practical limit. Scripts can be as long as you like.

If you're using the GUI~Editor...

The GUI~Editor does get a bit crammed~squished with really long script blocks, but~so you'll need to go into the code view, to make it easier, and if you need any help, we can certainly help with how to do the coding of it.
